Sumter County Middle School FFA recently joined the Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Trail, Inc group for a pollinator plant sale in downtown Americus. FFA members sold locally grown honey and shared with many visitors about the importance of pollinator protection. Sumter County Middle School FFA is proud to be a partner with the Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Trail’s efforts to inform the community and provide habitat for butterflies, particularly the Monarch, which will travel through Georgia throughout the Spring and Fall seasons.
