Subjects Taught

I gradated from Americus High School in the year 2002. I am also a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University where I received a Bachelors in Music Education in December 2009.

I was a paraprofessional for 4 years before I became a Chorus teacher. This is my second year teaching; however, I have many years of experience when working with children.

My name is Nealia S. Coley. I was born in Macon, Georgia on March 23, 1984 but I have lived in Americus the majority of my life. I am an active member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church where I am the choir director, the dance director and a member of the praise team. I have been singing since the age of four years old. Music is life to me because it is my way to escape; it fills my life with bliss. I am also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated. I enjoy singing, listening to music, dancing, dining out, shopping, going to the movies, traveling and laughing until my stomach hurts.
